"It is nice to have the confidence of enhanced safety. We are new with ADT but so far we enjoy having the service. As far as installation, my only annoyance is that I wish the installers had shoe coverings. We have carpet and for them to walk from the outside in without foot coverings is behind the times of quality service provisions. The other annoyance is that the cameras ADT use are not as attractive as other security systems. That is a subjective opinion so others may not feel the same. For the purpose of the system, we are pleased and the installer was very professional and pleasant to work with."

He cleaned up after each area was worked, double checked if the cameras covered what I wanted. He walked us through the computer and phone coverages, how to use each, what to do if there was a problem and asked us to show him what he just explained.
