Rooted is a Midwest American restaurant located in Downtown Minooka, Illinois. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced ingredients to create delicious dishes paired with a selection of wine and bourbon. Our warm and inviting atmosphere aims to connect people to the land and the food they eat. We now offer brunch starting April 7th. "Probably a 3.5 if it allowed half star. Wife had the burger which was 23 bucks and overcooked (including a burnt bun) and dry. I had the pork belly and grits which was amazing (and should have a larger dinner portion option). Menu is pretty small and everything is on the higher end price wise. Will try again in a couple months and see if improved. Service was phenomenal, location is unique (little loud due to small location). Give it a try, hope it lasts a while."
