"The worst mcdonalds I've ever been to! The drive through was packed not because the food is good but because these people can't do their job right, the manager had an attitude. We had to repeat our order 6 times to these people and they still messed up the order! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AMD JUST GO TO CULVERS"

"While I've had this place plenty of times before, this was unfortunately not my greatest experience this time around. I ordered ahead, got there on time, and still was waiting for my food, and while I'm not sure if they had a ton of orders, the restaurant only had a couple customers waiting for orders. So I was already a little upset about the wait time, but once I got home, only 6 mins away, I noticed my sandwiches were not fresh off the griddle hot. They were just warm, which was weird seeing I was waiting for what seemed to be fresh sandwiches. While it's damn near impossible to park, I think I'll just take my chances and order in the store from now on."

"Stood at the counter for about 5 mins waiting to at least be acknowledged or asked if I would like to place an order. Apparently, the conversation between the employees was more important than taking a second to take care of a customer or let the customer know they would be with them in just a moment. However, the young woman who appeared to be a manager did acknowledge me and took my order as soon as she saw me waiting . She was actually working drive-thru, so it was understandable that it took her second . She was probably the only one doing their job . She was awesome, and the only reason I didn't complain about the poor customer service of her coworkers"

"Most of the time we go here the service is great, last time they seemed to be off their game, we had food missing, a toy for under 3+ was hard to get, but normally they're great, just seemed like they had a bad day that day...."

"Had a really great experience at this McDonald's! It wasn't busy for Easter morning, so we stopped by before heading to church! The service was fast and food was tasty. My husband ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich meal and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich meal. Simple go - to breakfast! We love they have a kids play place here like when we were growing up! So cool! We don't see them in many McDonald's. We will return another time before church!"
