"If I can give 0 I would. Faisal I think that’s his name, is by far the rudest person ever. I have witnessed this man yelling and picking on a special needs child working there. I witnessed him screaming and yelling at his employees in front of customers. He swears and cusses and tells them that they are “retarded”. This man needs to be fired. I’m surprised he hasn’t had a lawsuit on him yet."
"My boyfriend and I stopped in at this Dunkin around 7pm. We decided to go inside, and thankfully we did. The young girl at the counter was the sweetest thing and made sure our drinks were perfect before leaving. However, I couldn’t help but notice the young man there who was walking around continually having this girl take drive thru orders, in store orders and make all drinks plus milkshakes! He was walking around with an airpod in and continually going to the back of the store. The young girl did a great job keeping up with the flow of traffic and not letting it affect her mood."
