"The toaster was down, not the employees fault but other customers says it is down more often than it's not.. ice machine was broken as it by always is. Really seems like the manager/owner doesn't care about the store and it's just the workers that bare the brunt of poor management.. it's unfortunate because it's the closest subway to my home and work and due to poor leadership and lacking maintenance and repairs it's not a viable option for my family and myself."
"Average. Most of the time they are nice. Update... I didn't realize how generous I was when I said "average." The new staff SHOULD NOT be allowed to work with the public - EVER. Just plain nasty. Food quality has gone way down, as well; this sad even for Subway. Congratulations, though; you finally made the "do not go to - EVER" list."
