"Ugh... Operating a sandwich shop that is controlled by a corporate office shouldn't be this difficult or different from other locations. Apps are used and orders are customized the same/equal way. Jimmy John's main slogan is "freaky fast delivery", but yet this location and many others in my "high populated area" don't have drivers scheduled to make deliveries. So, i tried to order through DoorDash... My order was cancelled and told that JJ drivers are still the ones who make the deliveries, NOT DOORDASH! What manager doesn't schedule a driver for a establishment that's "MAIN" advertisement is delivery "so freaky fast, you'll freak" without drivers scheduled !?!? Then have your company/location on a food delivery app THAT DOESNT USE THE APPS DRIVERS WHEN YOU DONT SCHEDULE YOUR OWN!?!?!?"

"Ariana is an AWFUL manager. Very rude, no common sense, and no managing skills. Instead of speaking to her I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I found that information VERY hard to believe. I am absolutely appalled by the way she handles situations and whoever actually owns the store, GET A NEW MANAGER before you lose more business. "Ordered several party subs online 24 hours in advance for pick up. They called me 2 hours prior to the pick up time and was told the bread would not ready. To remedy, they offered to deliver. But they no showed up. Went to the location, and had to wait 45 mins for them to make them as they just didn’t do the order."

"I went through drive thru ordered my sandwich and everything was going fine, until I get half way through my sandwich and I saw a hair! I called customer service to which I was told they had to forward the info to the owner operator since it was a Franchise owned store and the owner operator will call me back, 2 days have passed by til this day I haven’t received a call, or email. This had happened to me before so I decided to give Jimmy Johns a second chance but I should of just not even tried it again. So check your sandwich to ensure it’s Hair Free!"
