"Ordered breakfast pizza for dinner. Wast ready when got there was told another 10 minutes as they were about to put it in over. Was on time crunch and couldn't wait any longer. Was told couldn't give me a refund. So not only do I not have any dinner but I'm out my money!"

"I called in the pizza but before the lady could tell me how long the pizza would take it sounded like she hung up on me. When I got to the store they didn't have my order. They took it again and I waited about 15 minutes for it."

"Ordered Bacon breakfast pizza and cheese pizza through door dash. Received 2 of these. When I called to complain they told me there was nothing they could do to make it right and it wasn't their fault as they had no way to contact me however dashers have the ability to call and message their customers. I have been a loyal customer of this location for years and I will never set foot in the store again. He also tried to say it would have been a 45 minute wait to replace 2 medium pizzas. I have worked for caseys and pizzas do not take that long and what happened to rush orders to fix your mess ups. I buy 2 dozen doughnuts for every school party for all 3 of my children every year guess someone else is getting that business starting right now. Horrible customer service. I even am a manager at a place that serves people through doordash and we contact customers through the dasher and replace food anytime there is a problem. No excuse for the way I was treated this evening"

"15 burnt boneless wings... Can't cook and can't count... Done with Casey's. 3 times in a row there has been a problem with my food. Update, I called the store and their solution was to comp me my next order of wings. Didn't offer to make the original order correct."

"So this used to be my favorite store. Now it’s my least favorite. The beer cooler breaks down twice a year so you get warm beer. The card reader at the register takes 3 or 4 times to accept your payment. And they can’t keep my brand of snuff stocked. The pizza is usually lackluster. I’m taking my money to another store who has cold beer, my snuff in stock, and a freaking card reader that works the first time. If you’re going to over price everything, then you should at least keep the store running at a premium. Goodbye old friend. I’ll save money and lose the aggravation. I’m done."
