"We ordered takeout. Paid $16.75 for yakisoba with veggies - so tasteless, oily and so so salty. Attaching a photo of no veggies on noodles (there is tofu I purchased separately). We brought it back to ask for a refund they were adamant about us not getting anything because they claimed we ate all the veggies. They fought every step of the way. Finally they offered a punch card for a free ramen dine in only. But the manager Orecca was very rude and said we were just trying to get free stuff after eating the dish. Very presumptuous. Then after giving me the card she demanded the receipt which I told her I was going to keep. When I told her I’d go to my car to get the other one she told me to give the punch card back until I came back. I said that’s ridiculous. Clearly she’s had some bad client experiences but I didn’t appreciate being treated like a delinquent when I was a customer that spend $40 on takeout and was dissatisfied at quality wanting a partial refund. Honestly if they were nice and understanding and said no to refund but showed empathy I wouldn’t be writing this review. But the manager humiliated us in front of other customers with her antics. Very unfortunate. I cried after leaving because of the terrible interaction. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Went in for ramen on break today . Was my second time ever going and my friends first time ! The service was good. was on POINT. my Food was amazing and the best ramen I had : if you are looking for AUTHENTIC ramen and GREAT service . Make sure to check this place out . I don’t eat pork and was able to have vegetarian option . Thank you so much : will be back ."

"I visited with my family and it was a great experience. There was a line to get in on a Friday night. If you have a bigger group (5+), maybe call ahead, most of the seating is for 2-4 people. We sat towards the back and it was all good. Not having physical menus and having only online ordering was a bit of a chore but we got through it. The atmosphere was nice. The food came out quickly and it was fantastic. I ordered the pork belly ramen with level 1 spicy. Order extra hard boiled eggs. The rest of the table loved their food as well, including our young kids. We look forward to visiting often."

"Everything from appetizers to dinner to dessert was all fantastic! Our server Joshua was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! We had the manager as well as support staff coming to fill our waters as well as boxer food and everyone had such a friendly vibe! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back! We stayed later than close because we did not know that they were shutting down at 8:30 and yet they were still very friendly, but we apologize that we stayed longer than we should have! You guys are awesome!"
