"Honestly don’t even think they deserve one star. Bought a car 8 months ago and they have yet to give us the registration. They said they lost the title so they have to get a replacement. That was two months ago. My husband hit a deer and the car was totaled out but we can’t settle with our insurance because Uptown hasn’t sent in the registration to the Treasurer. So now we are having to pay on a loan for a car that we can no longer use. All because Dave doesn’t know how to do his job and is extremely unorganized. He doesn’t care about his customers and I genuinely don’t know how they still have a business. Please avoid this dealership at all cost. Have heard this is not the first time he’s “lost” titles for cars he has sold."

"I bought a truck from them less than a year ago, with the rain lately I realized there was a leak in the back. Took it in to have it looked at. Right away was told the issue was the third brake light and it needed replaced without even checking it out. Had them replace it, still have a bad leak. Was told take it to excel to have the window sealed and we could figure something out with the sales team once that was done. Went back in today and now they are not wanting to work with me on refunding the brake light cost. Have had terrible customer service my whole experience. Will absolutely never buy another vehicle there."

"Have bought several cars throughout the years from Uptown. They found a car I wanted and liked from the Cedar Rapids area. I was told it had remote start.. It didn't I wanted the "Odd Ball" tire replaced to match the other three.. Hasn't happened yet. I asked for a manual for the car.. Haven't received it yet. No follow up communications.. I'm a forgotten customer. Little disappointed this time around."
