"This brand has a bad reputation for poor quality equipment. For some things that is the case, for others the exact opposite. Regardless, it's always very inexpensive. They have an amazing return policy, and an even better warranty if you purchase it. Returns with no questions as amazing in the 21st century. Everyone is very helpful every time I go here and that means a lot."

"Every time I've visited Harbor Freight I have nothing but good experiences there. Every employee has definitely asked if I needed any help finding something. As much as I have browsed around I have a good idea where to look but they're are good about answering any questions you may have. It's a great place for the people that don't have to have professional tools to make your living. But if you need a particular tool for a job you may only do once in a great while well here's the place to go and purchase that tool for a fraction of the cost and it will perform at the level of that sort of duty as well. For someone like me their equipment is suitable for me and it won't break the bank either."

"When Muscatine got a Harbor Freight, I had to check my pulse. Once I verified my heart was beating, I drove to the location, and saw what looked like a light beaming down from Heaven, onto the store front... For the last nine years, I have been trying to figure out how Harbor Freight stays afloat by selling this level of quality at such a low price point. I would put any of the hundreds of hand tools and power tools I've purchased from HF, up against the big brand names, any hour and any day of the week, and I paid probably 1/2 to 1/4 of the price. I could replace the tool 2 to 4 times over, but the funny thing is, I don't have to. Furthermore, the coupons are second to none and they have the best warranty on the business. There is no better store for tools. Period."
