"I am happy to have a great place like this in my hometown of Muscatine. Aaron (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and always has the answers to my questions right off the bat. I work for a large Dealership here in Muscatine, years and years ago we would do business in the Quad Cities, but soon found out that the "bigger city" places don't compare to the great service we get from ACC, and its local to boot! "Very unprofessional. After arriving at my appointment and being informed that the extra set of lights I requested was going to more than double the installation time because it was a “one man” operation and phones needed to be answered and such. I feel I should have been told that when I requested the extra lights. I was trying to come up with a plan, leaning towards just purchasing the lights for self installation. The guy obviously didn’t want to work with me so he put my keys up on the counter in front of me and said, “Well here then.” I looked at him puzzled slowly picked up my keys and said have a nice day as I headed for the door. He then yelled at me because HE ended the verbal contact we had. I even attempted to pay the restocking fee but he refused and said, “I don’t want anything to do with you.” My advice is get your labor/installation in writing, if you do business at ACC, and inquire about paying secretarial and other services rather than installation services. I don’t feel I should be paying extra hours so that the phone can be answered amongst other things."
"Bought a new 2019 Dodge Ram 4 Door, 4 W/D from Essig in Aledo,Illinois in July 2019 n had ACC put on running boards, mud flaps, wind guards on hood n doors, also had spray-on bed liner on truck bed n tail gate n tonneau cover in bed. One year later all of the mentioned items work GREAT n show absolutely No sign of wear or “Coming Loose. The Tonneau cover does not “Leak” At All n works perfectly. Waited almost a year to post a year to post review so I would have some data to look at. Great Job ACC n keep up good Work."
