"Ordered here a few times for online pick up. Every time I get my food, it is ice cold because they just let it sit on a freezing cold shelf next to a door. The boneless wings I got were like chicken jerky, dry and inedible. Barely sauced. Will never order from here again."
"As a family of 5, we arrived to eat 01/20/24 around 5:00pm. We waited 5+ minutes to wait for a host to come out and seat us. We were seated and waited about 20-30 minutes and no one ever came to greet us or take our food order. There were only 3 servers on the floor and they were taking orders for the people who were seated after us. The location is small and the parking is horrible. When we left, there wasn’t even anyone available to complain to or catch their attention. We are heading somewhere else to eat and will not come back here."

"If you just need a quick bite at a value BDUBS is where it's at. There are quite a few happy hour deals that make it perfect for a budget meal. The atmosphere Is loud but expected for a sports bar environment but service is quick and gets the job done. I go periodically to get the loaded nachos with chili... they changed the recipe but it's still decent for sports bar nachos."
"Ordered chicken wings on Tuesday and asked for the sauce to be "wet". Got dry, freeze dried, barely any sauce wings with 2 of the 10 wings being broken drumsticks with hard dry crust and no meat. Extremely disappointing! Other options for better wings in the area. Ordered potato wedges, good thing I checked the bag before I left and found french fries instead. Not a difficult order at all but great job screwing it up. Worst wings ever!!! Save your $, go elsewhere. The business responded to me to fill out some form on the FAQ page so they can make it right for me. They responded they would address it with the restaurant. How does that make it right for me when the food was inedible? Waste of $$!!!"
