"Great Italian place in Geneva. Homemade fresh mozzarella, and a diverse menu"

"Food was delicious. Fried calamari just right, not rubbery. Squid ink pasta dish is the best. I ordered Gorgonzola Filet for the first time and it was great. Only thing about the service was 4 entrées came out at about the same time and it was probably another 10 minutes before mine arrived. Atmosphere OK but very noisy so hard to have a natural conversation. Ample free parking. Right across the street from the Geneva Metra station on 3rd Street so very accessible. One of our 'go to' restaurants for family and friends occasions."

"Went to Cotto for lunch at Geneva Festival of the Vine. It was very crowded but we still received great service. A little bit of a wait but I'm sure it was due to the fest. The Lemoncello Spritzer was excellent as well as the Caprese. We were so impressed that we came back for dinner. As you can see, the pizza looked and smelled so good, I couldn't wait to take a bite! Highly recommended!!"

"Excellent Italian restaurant in Geneva Illinois with a big selection of uncommon Italian dishes - both starters and pasta. Clean, bright environment, good service and large portions. Tasted lobster pasta as well as the black ink seafood pasta and don't miss their homemade mozzarella. Highly recommend if you are in the area."

"We really enjoyed our dinner at Cotto A Legna. We dined in and were seated right away on a Saturday night despite arriving early for our reservation. I had the Lobster Roll with a side salad, and while it is certainly not a traditional East Coast sandwich, it was certainly a delicious rendition. My husband had the Mortadella Pizza, and he liked it very much, but thought the ball-of-mozzarella on top was a little too strange. I had a couple of leftover slices for lunch the next day, and it tasted far better than I thought it looked. My sister had the Chicken Marsala, and enjoyed it very much. it was her second time in two visits to this restaurant that she ordered it. I wish I had tried it because it looked very good. I also had a couple of pomegranate martinis, which were delish!"
