"Went here a few years ago and ordered a large Mac and cheese and got a full bowl and it was great. Now in January 2024 I ordered the same thing and got the same size bowl but filled about 40% of the way. For an $11 Mac and cheese the least they could do is fill it the whole way"
"Got their creamy tomato soup with bread and their cinnamon crunch latte. Their tomato soup has been one of my favorites for years, so as usual, it was delicious. The latte was very good. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked because normally those kinds of lattes are overly sweet. Overall, this location is awesome."

"We go to Panera’s a lot and this location had the most disgusting dining room. -Floor filthy, needed vacuuming, cleaning and possible replacement -Tables and sticky - many booths were badly torn and need replacement (see pictures) - Artesian bread was under baked - Grilled Cheese sandwich was undercooked My wife used to manage a Panera and this store would never pass inspection. Absolutely disgusting!"
"Fantastic food every time we come here. Absolutely love the pick 2 Fuji Apple Chicken salad and Autumn Squash Soup. Or get the Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese! Special is like $6 bucks! Meanwhile, prices gone up, up, up! I feel like there has been a change in the reward program and is not to our advantage, also. Be aware their charged lemonades have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. (That's a good thing for me!)"
