"My family of 4 ordered take out from the drive thru. They messed up everyone’s order put ingredients that were supposed to be in my burrito in by my step kids bowl and my step daughter didn’t get half of the ingredients she was supposed to have in hers tacos. The portion sizes were much smaller than the standard that chipotle normally makes. It didn't seem busy when we pulled thru. Very disappointed with every thing considering we paid almost $50 for dinner."

"65% of the time, they get your order right 100% of the time. I have put more miles on my car going back for food they forgot than any other Chipotle location. The APP only gives coupons, and not refunds when this happens. Used to order weekly, now it isn't even monthly from the screw ups."

"I order on the app a lot. More often than not they skimp on the amount of food in the order. The burrito bowls hardly have anything in them, same with the salsa. They are also careless with the ingredients mixing with one another. I always opt for the vegetarian option, I have gotten chunks of meat in my order. Like I said, this has happened numerous times."

"I especially love this location because they have the Chipotlane so I can place my order on the app and drive up and grab it without having to get out of the car and go inside. Really good for busy days or days when I don't want to pull the kids out of the car just to run in real quick. My food is always fresh and delicious! The burrito bowls are my favorite, that's what I always get. Sometimes I switch up the meats and toppings so I don't get bored but I eat here pretty regularly. It's my go-to "healthy-ish' fast food, especially when I'm watching carbs. It's pretty easy to customize the bowls to fit your nutritional requirements."
