"My lady and I arrived here at around 8:15 on a Saturday evening. This would be our first experience at this restaurant with many recommendations throughout the day from many different people. The establishment itself was very warm and vintage. With how many recommendations we got, I was surprised to see patrons at only 3 or 4 other tables. With that being said, it took about 12 to 13 minutes to be greeted by our waitress after being seated. We ordered the mozzarella triangles and a small pan pizza. The staff did allow us to split toppings half and half, which was nice. The mozzarella triangles came out pretty quick. Overall, they were good. I just wish they were hot, not just warm. The pizza itself takes a while, but to be fair, the menu states it does take the cook time a while for the proper cook. The pizza was good, and the ingredients were fresh and plenty. Overall, this was a good visit."

"Never disappoints. Giordano’s is my favorite deep dish pizza place ever. Appetizers and salads are also a hit"

"Ordered a pizza and salad for delivery at 6pm. Called at 6:45 to see where our order was. 1st person who answered the phone never came back to give us an update. Someone else picked up and asked if we had been helped. That person told us the pizza just came out of the oven and the kitchen was very busy was the explanation. Said the order would be there in 10-15 minutes. Order didn't arrive until 7:20. Luckily the pizza was hot despite being over 1+ hours late. Clearly the management team there is lacking. Order was placed around 2pm for 6pm delivery."

"I ordered lasagna with Alfredo sauce and an order of bruschetta. Yet, my order was still going to take 1 hour 5 minutes-1 hour and 15 minutes. The order was still late. I was fine with this since the roads are not great outside, but I called the restaurant to ensure my order was on the way since they were closing in less than 15 minutes. No answer. I called multiple times. On top of the late order and poor communication - this is how I received the bruschetta. The lasagna was also drenched with Alfredo sauce. I could barely eat half with how much sauce there was. I worked at another location and I would rather drive the 40 minutes to an hour to ensure better service and food."

"Visiting from Michigan and came here searching for Chicago deep dish pizza. The food did not disappoint. Service was awesome and our waitress was so very nice and attentive. Our drinks were never empty and when the pizza came she even served all of us our slice. The pizza was great . Generous cheese and toppings and the crust was delicious. Well worth the wait."
