"Ordered online as a 1st time customer and when I got there it wasn't ready then I was told by the rude server that the chicken wasn't ready and then she rudely slid it across the counter and didn't even hand it to me and the meat wasn't even cooked all the way. I ended up throwing it out and I will never order from them again."

"Awful! I ordered a build your own bowl and the rice is warm (which you do not combine with raw fish.) I asked for sriracha on my bowl and I got a mayonnaise drizzled on top. I never specified little rice. Instead of remaking my order, she globbes warm white rice on the top of my bowl. It was a waste of my money and no flavor at all. The food is fresh, don't get me wrong, but the service could be improved and they need to ask more questions. I am very disappointed and shouldn't be."
