"New review: i ended up giving them another shot because I decided to give them another chance since they were so new when I first visited and I thought the taste might be better by now but still a no-go for black garlic tonkotsu. Service was worse, it was a weekend night and only ONE server was working. Highly recommend zen ramen instead for black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Chashu was not tough this time but tasteless, like it wasnt marinated in anything. Egg is hardboiled, seemed like they got lazy. 1 year ago -> I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen but could barely taste the garlic at all. Tonkotsu is very diluted as well. Chashu was a little tough. Ramen portion is average, not sure why another reviewer said it is huge. Same portion as misoya or chicago ramen. The karaage (fried chicken) is pretty good but they strangely used chicken breast instead of chicken thigh. Then again this place is not serving authentic japanese food so I guess they can get away with it lol. The portion for the chicken though, was the most I have ever seen!! You can probably make a meal out of that and rice. For a place that focuses on ramen, I will not visit again."

"So me and my gf went there at 8pm. It was still having people come in and out. It was nice and they had some cooking videos on on mute in case you have kids that need that to help them stay still. The food was good not the best ramen I have ever had but it is still beats instant ramen."

"Had the firecracker roll and the katsu roll, both were outstanding. Very clean on the inside. Food was very tasty and presented nicely. The food came out quick, and is competitively priced. It seems to be a husband and wife team. On top of that they had a bakery from Japan on the TV which I enjoyed. It was really quiet and cool to see the guys at work. Check it out"

"Decided to check this place out with my brother and honestly it was simply amazing and delicious. The curry chicken was cooked really well as it was still juicy with a good amount of breading which most places do too much of. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was good with a decent kick although it felt like something was missing but still good enough to devour. Sushi was pretty decent although it wouldnt be my first choice. Simple interior and design makes the atmosphere really relaxed. I definitely recommend you come and dine here if you ever get the chance"
