"Every time we get food from this location it is superb. Pizza and appetizers are always hot and delicious. We order at least once a week and will continue to do so."
"Every time we order from this location, they don't start the pizza until we walk in to pick it up, and they say " it will just be a few minutes", which is a lie every time. (especially when you ordered a stuffed or deep dish). Don't waste your time ordering from this location and just drive to the one on Hintz."

"We've been going to this Rosati's location for years and the new owners have made noticable improvements in the quality of the thin-crust pizza and the appearance of the small dining/pick-up area. Our order was right on time, properly baked and with all the requested toppings. We are only 1/2 mile away so we always do pickup so I can't speak to the delivery quality. The kitchen staff seemed organized and well trained and they were friendly on the phone and at pickup. Will return next time the craving strikes."
"Still a disaster. I had hopes seeing the positive reviews and new ownership. Well, that was dashed when on a Monday (not exactly a busy time) my order just sat in a queue on the app. Arrived 45 minutes later and the pizza had not even been started. This always has been a dysfunctional location. And that trend continues. Currently the manager (?) is now arguing with the employee over the fact that the employee was being truthful with the fact it was never cooked. Nothing like encouraging people to lie."
