"This store no longer gives in store credit or takes returns. The items are donated. They do not pay a dime for them. HR is now pricing items not store employees. For a supposed non profit business they price way to high, and need to change their policy. No returns is going to drive customers away. Not to mention the clothing that is being put out on the floor has holes in it. Why should the customer be at fault when HR, and their store employees did not catch it. Goodwill is starting to think they are a retail store. Granted, not every goodwill store is like this. Goodwill you need to fix yourself before you drive the business into the ground. Your items are DONATED. Stop thinking your a luxury brand store. Your not."
"Manager yelled at me at 8:45 telling me that the store is closed and all the registers are closed. Very rude . Then I see a customer run up to the register and check out. So rude to first yell at me then lie. If you’re closed then shut the doors."
"I love this GW. See at the end why I gave four stars instead of five). The cashiers and floor team are very nice, and always helpful. Reading some reviews, some have mentioned it's not organized. As a frequent shopper, I have noticed a pattern. Overall this is a clean and organized store. Certain days of the week tend to have a more disorganized store. Most often, after a mad rush of people and children at the end of the day. Shoppers leave items such as clothing, in the glassware, toys are always strewn about the store after a large rush, clothes are off the hanger (on the floor or thrown on top of the rack), clothes are misplaced in different sizes or type. I do not attribute this to the store, but to a rush of some inconsiderate people while the employees are checking out the lines of people or helping customers carry large items to their car. I've seen many people walk in with their kids who immediately run to the toy section and run around the store while the parent ignores them and shops. This is extremely frustrating for other customers shopping yet having to navigate around unsupervised kids. The employees also have to ask the adults to watch their kids. Some parents don't like this and have become belligerent to employees. Another time, a woman was looking at purses and dropped them on the floor after looking at them. Not even a care to pick up the purses and put them back on the rack. Be a considerate shopper and I assure you, your shopping experience and check out will be much better. This week, I did notice, aside from clothing/shoes/books, anything priced individually are being priced higher than in the past, making it harder to justify the purchase of said items."
"Very clean store, cashier was very nice and was around the front so checking out was a breeze! They had a lot more furniture than other Goodwills I've been to, lots of frames and books also. The glassware and other decor was maybe not as impressive, but still worth a look!"
"I am not one to write a review but after reading similiar reviews, I now see this is a pattern. Rude employee, I have dropped off items multiple times at this location. Today's 11/14/22 encounter the older man, was beyond rude. He would not take my donations because I wouldn't leave my tubs with them. ( I have always brought tubs and the employees would take my items then give me back my tubs) He said, we will not take your items, you need to go somewhere else and then walked away from me. If this is a new policy, I would have gladly abided and went home to place the items in a bag. The employee should have handle the situation differently. If you are looking for a place to donate with kind employees consider Donate 2 Impact instead, I just dropped off my items after the Goodwill situation. The employees were accommodating to ensure my 2 tubs stay with me."
