"I ordered online for pickup and the drink that they gave me was like 90% ice and only 10% of soda which was a bummer because i didn't realize it until i got home but the food on the other hand was good."

"We like the supreme tacos here—but this week our order was not up to par. The tacos were soggy and cold, and the cinnamon twists had been cooked in rancid oil. I must mention that the manager will give us full credit on our next order, so we will give them another chance. Most likely, they are understaffed, as everyone is lately."

"Don’t bother saying please or thank you to anyone here they don’t have any manners and will not reciprocate. They didn’t ask me what if any sauce I wanted so I had to turn and go back after I had already left, once I got the sauce I left and silly me for not checking that my order was correct I was shorted two tacos on my order and to add insult to injury they only cut two out of my three Mexican pizzas, At that point I was so furious, I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell. The food was just like any other Taco Bell, nice up to date building inside and out."

"When we got to Taco Bell, I noticed that the employees were very friendly and courteous, but seem to be very interested in being on their cell phones. The tables when we sat down to eat felt sticky, and the garbage receptacles were overflowing with trash. The food was decent. I think I was just aggravated that the employees could have been paying more attention to the condition of the restaurant and the customers instead of being on their cell phones."
