"Do not ever come here for an oil change. They do not know what they are doing. I unfortunately brought my car in for an oil change about a month ago. My oil filter was improperly installed, they installed it without the center element. This caused my car to have low oil pressure, leak oil and could cause future engine problems. Their mistakes costed me 700 dollars at the mechanic!!!!!!! Save your time and take your money somewhere else."

"You’re getting ripped off here 100% percent if you’re female. Sad but true these guys will lie for any money they can make. And when you let them know you’re ASE certified is when they know they screwed the wrong one. Avoid this place at all costs. Only thing worth doing here is tire alignment, that’s it. And make sure you don’t get overcharged for it either. Hopefully they get a new manager that doesn’t endorse lying to customers for more profit so he can get a bigger salary. Please stop scamming people that have very low knowledge on cars, it’s inhumane."

"I made online appointment for my car service for next day once I go to drop the car for service they said you’re not confirmed for this day. I will make you appointment for service in 3 days. I was socked for that response and I said why do you have online service this sounds not good I managed time for today I booked appointment. Firestone have to seriously think about this online appointment service."

"The guy in front that takes care of customers, I think his name is Alex, he’s awesome. Very polite. Does his best to help. The technicians though, they’re not the best. Had issues with my tires and my alignment. My boyfriend is a mechanic, he knew my alignment was off when I literally just brought the car in for an alignment cuz my whole car was shaking. He saw the technician do my alignment the second time, and everything was in the red. The guy made adjustments so it would be in the green for the “before” shots in the computer, and then put everything back to straight and did my alignment correctly. He was covering for the guy that supposedly did it the first time! And when my boyfriend told this to Alex, the technician lied and said my bf told him to turn the wheel! Alex also had to make corrections to wrongly entered codes on my tires and manufacturer defective tires that I wasn’t supposed to be paying for. I appreciate him a lot and people like him should be managers! Not the guy who messed up my file putting falso information in. Unless you’re talking to Alex, don’t even bother going in there. He’s a great asset to this location and probably the only honest worker there, other than the technicians manager."
