"Super experience tonight at this location about an hour before clos !! Had a failing battery that needed replacement and AutoZone could not help with. Called this O’Reilly location because it was closest to me, to see if they could help with my vehicle model and they confirmed yes. Showed up and Sal helped me purchase AND replace it, which required tricky maneuvering to complete the job. He did an awesome job!! Would definitely recommend!!"

"Big shout out to the worker who helped me install a replacement headlight for my car today (10/1/23)! I had bought a bulb from the O’Reilly in Skokie, but the worker in Skokie said he wouldn’t be able to install it, and that I would have to take it to a mechanic and it would take 45 minutes to an hour because they have to remove everything. I came to the O’Reilly in Niles instead, and their worker was greatly helpful and friendly and professional. It did seem like a tricky installation, but he was able to get everything sorted without needing special tools are taking anything apart. “Next time don’t go to Skokie, come here instead,” he said. I didn’t get his name but he’s the best!"
