"We have ordered keys with this company for the last 6 years. I normally do not have any problems with the keys we get from them at all. I always get my order the next business day without an issue unless ups is is experiencing bad weather or they are on strike. There have only been a few occasions where the smart keys would not program but I contacted my sales rep Mrs. Binns and received a return slip the next day when they sent me a replacement. But that rarely happens. I would recommend anyone to use this company to get the supplies they need. They are very helpful even most of the tech support they have will help you out if they can. I would have given more than 5 star if I could."

"Can you spot the difference? I certainly can't. They're the same exact key. The one on the left was purchased from Aliexpress for $18.09, the one on the right was purchased from Key innovations for $80. Guess I found your supplier, huh? Read the other reviews before giving these scam artists any money. That little weasel Eric Fain called me weekly, BEGGING me to give him my business. I decided to try them out. They sell Aliexpress GARBAGE that either won't program or only last a couple of months. When you call for a warranty, that no nut rep is completely GONE! They STOLE $160 from me and basically told me too bad. I'm just trying to help the next person who thinks about using them. STAY FAR AWAY! I was offered the same defective junk. My customer, who is an elderly man, was STRANDED in a parking lot at 10 pm at night. I am a locksmith. Most of what I buy gets up into inventory for days, weeks, months, etc. 10-day warranty is a joke. If your product is of good quality, you should stand behind it. PERIOD I don't deal with this hassle from any other supplier. I don't have reps that ghost my at the first sign of trouble. You're a scam company that orders complete junk products and sells them for a premium. Where do you get off thinking you can just shill cheap products when locksmiths can just cut you out and order it from your supplier?"

"If a customers key programs in and your "OEM" key is not what more reasoning should I need for an RMA? Why should I need to check if your "OEM" remote is locked? I spent $123 on the "OEM" remote if its locked that's even more reason you should be taking back a remote I ordered 9 days ago. Your need for research is an unacceptable response, when I have ordered tons of car keys from you before with minimal returns to you. Get it together. If it is going to be this difficult to return items I have no need to use you as a distributor."
