"We went to the dealership to buy a new Outback Limited based on their participation in the Costco Auto Program. Over the phone, they said they would give a $2,000 discount. When we met with the salesman, we were told the discount was only on in-stock vehicles and they didn't have any Outback Limited models in stock. At that point we went back to Napleton's Palatine Subaru where I bought my Ascent and found out they still participate in the Costco Auto discount program. At that point, we ordered our new Outback Limited and received a much larger discount. Don't waste your time at Liberty Auto. Go see Joe at Napleton's Subaru in Palatine."
