Lands' End

"Lands End clothes are well made. Unfortunately it is too expensive for me. But they have great sales. The store is not very large so there is a limited amount of clothes. Few big girls and men clothes. The return policy is the best. If you buy online you can return items here. If it's the wrong size they will reorder the right size for you at the store and ship it to your home."

"Rude staff! The person that assisted me was a man, could have been a manager. I had to drive an hour to get to this store to do a return, it was a gift. He told me he couldn’t do store credit that day. They had to mail me a gift card. I wasn’t upset and just asked nicely if there was anything else that could be done since it is an hour drive. He said “ ma’am…I am doing a service to you. If you want you can just keep this size” He then pushed the item to me. He was very rude! Avoid this store!!"

"We purchased a jacket for my husband in late fall at the Lands’ End store. He didn’t wear it much until the cold weather set in in December. After a few wearings he found the zipper to be faulty and had a problem with the lining. We returned it to the store but unfortunately, no longer had the receipt; although I had a copy of the transaction on my credit card statement which I showed her. The sales person said they had to send it to corporate for the return because of no receipt and I would get a credit in the mail. The purchase price was about $125.00 and the credit I received was $12.00. I spent much time online and in the phone with Lands’ End customer service and that’s it. Very poor customer relations and not standing by their product. If you buy anything at the store vs online keep your receipts!"

"Land’s End used to have generous and trustworthy sizing. Apparently not any more. I bought a pair of gloves for a person with medium hands but the gloves I received would not have fit a six year old. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a correct size. I returned them, which was easy, but I would have had to pay a fee to get a refund, so I opted for merchandise credit. I applied the credit to an order for correctly sized gloves, but two weeks later was informed they were no longer available. Two weeks!! Really? So now I have this useless merchandise credit all because Land’s End can’t properly size their products. I will stick with Amazon from now on."

"First visit in this beautiful store went extremely well. Successfully found two gorgeous swim suits and took full advantage of the sale totaling almost 40%discount. Staff was fun, knowledgeable, helpful, and witty. The store is organized, well managed, very clean. The merchandise is of a great quality and value. Strongly recommend it.
