"It was very busy for a Saturday. Short staffed. One lady was sweet and helpful"
"Store is listed as closing at 6pm on a Sunday….front door already locked with an employee standing there when we tried to come in at 5:45pm. Was told they were “short staffed” so no new customers allowed in (umm-there looked to be barely anyone in the store). Saw others rudely turned away as well. After reading other reviews, looks like this is not a new occurrence or excuse for this store and staff."
"I visited the day after Christmas. The store was very crowded. I was still able to get assistance and found the exact shoes my grandson wanted. I REALLY appreciate that! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the 3 registers they have, only 2 were open and there aren't enough seats to try on shoes. I actually only saw one, though there may be more. I did see many people holding onto counters to keep their balance and try shoes on standing up. As busy as they were, the staff was friendly."
