True Religion

"I would leave a NEGATIVE review if I could. We called this store at 5:45 pm to verify they had a certain belt, the clerk told my son they did. He asked them to put it on HOLD, the clerk took my sons name. Said they closed at 8pm that night. My son said, we are driving from Illinois, it is an hour and a half drive, we will be there around 7:15 pm tonight, as he had homecoming the next day and wanted this belt. We drove there. Got there at 7:15pm, my son got out of the car and goes to the door and it is locked with a sign that says closed for inventory. WHAT?!?! So he knocks on the door, which they ignore. So he calls, they answer and the woman refuses to open the door, sell the belt, etc. We called first, I am sure SOMETHING could have been done. Doesn't the customer come first? We were paying! WTH? Very bad customer service."

"My son and I were helped in store on Feb. 26, 2022 by Amber and Mizraim. They were both kind and helpful even though we came the last 30mins before closing. They didn't rush, we carried a nice conversation, and the genuine kindness topped it off very nice! I will be back if it is just to see Amber and Mizraim again, because they were that great. "I love the quality of true religion jeans. I feel they have a much better quality than some of the other designers. Their prices are very high but if you go to the outlet store you can get some on jean on Clearancece that can run you anywhere between $50 to $60 for a pair of jeans that normally would cost about $200"

"I don't like to complain or leave bad reviews, but if this helps the location for improvement than I have to this time. I walked in this morning and was not greeted or welcomed by any of the 3 employees that clearly all looked at me as I walked in. I found that weird, but continued to look around. I was looking around for like 10 minutes and no employee bothered to ask me if I had any questions or if I needed anything. An employee even walked right past me we basically brushed shoulders and he didn't say a word either. As I left again, none of the employees said he generic thank you have a good one. Bottom line is. Absolute terrible customer service. Specially if your job title is manager, full time sales and part time sales associate."
