"The building was super clean. The people were super friendly. The sales person that helped me didn't try to talk me into anything priced higher. Yasmin was super nice friendly helpful and knew about the vehicle that I ended up getting. So if you go ask for Yasmin she will work to get you into the vehicle of your choice"
"Went into dealership 3 different people approached me and said someone would be right with me but 45 minutes later Yasmine helped me looke at a 2017 Lexus ES350 had to wait to get keys, plates etc finally able to test driver came back to dealership made offer on car she left and came back about 10 minutes later only to say they wanted $5000 more that I offered I got up and left. A couple days later Yasmine emailed me back and asked if I could meet them in the middle, I agreed, than I got an email from the Sales Manager, Natalie saying, NO! I had received an email from, Kevin, General Manager telling me how much they "valued" my business I responded to his email, but he never answered back he had Natalie, Sales Manager email me!?!?! Now they have reaided the cars price by $2000?!?! Yasmine was great, but I would give this dealership a "0" if possible very unprofessional at no time has anyone called and tried to get a deal done only emails back and forth I know used cars are up in value, but that will not last forever and I will NEVER recommend this dealership!! Who raises the price on a car by $2000 that they have had on there lot since November 2021????"
"I have been going to WV Orland Park for many years for my service. I had a service appointment there last month and it did not go well. I sent an email, and instead of someone from the service department, they had a salesperson call me to try to sell me a new vehicle! Seriously?!? Did someone not even read the email, just passed along the contact information as a lead? I've been a loyal customer for many years, dealt with Hilary in the past who was amazing. I drive in from Michigan to have my car serviced, but I think I will find someone closer from now on. Quite disappointed. I hope my experience this time was an anomaly."

"The service department has gone above and beyond! I had an issue with my 2019 Tiguan showing a low coolant light, this happened during the mechanics strike, and VW was taking in all the overflow from the other dealerships, and appointments were about 1 month out. I would drive into the service door, and they would top off the coolant. The low coolant light came back on, and at that point I was working with Gerardo, I let him know that I was taking the car out of town about 400 mile round trip drive. He topped off the coolant again, took my information down to make sure I could get a rental car as he saw 2 car seats in the car and knew I needed something for my kids. Once he received a rental car, he called me to drop off my car. At the time he was not there but Cesar was there, and was fully aware of what was going on. I did not need to re explain anything, their communication to each other was perfect, made me feel like they were putting me first! After I dropped off the call, I would receive text message updates from Gerardo letting me know what was going on, and answering any questions I had and any additional things that would come up on my end he would answer and was very responsive. They ended up fixing my water pump, and had the car back to me and washed in about 1.5 days. Overall 5 stars from start to finish. Thank you Gerardo, and thank you Cesar, you guys are amazing at what you do!"
