"TJ and Jim were great over at Antioch Automotive! I had a question about my Jeep Wrangler that I had in for service. TJ came right out to take a look and talk things over with me. Later, when I inquired further, Jim was SUPER helpful-he even met me up front to go over all the details of what was done with my Jeep and made sure I and my family would be happy with the result! I greatly appreciate the time they invest into their work, their dedication to doing things right, and their customer service!"
"TJ and Jim were great to work with. I highly recommend these guys, they are extremely competent very fairly priced and got my vehicle back on the road very quickly. Everyone I dealt with at Antioch automotive were professional, and friendly. Thanks!"
"My friend got into a car accident and is injured because of said accident. I drove my friend to this tow yard to 1. retrieve her purse 2. retrieve personal belongings attached to her keys (i.e. air pod pros, a small wallet with money id and debit card) and leave the key with them 3. take photos of her vehicle as during the accident she was transported to the hospital via ambulance and did not have the opportunity to do so at the accident site. We arrive and red flag #1 is that the entire parking lot is COVERED in ice. Like inches thick ice. As if they never plowed the lot. The concrete walkway was shoveled but accumulating ice that’s barely visible and slick at the start. We walk in and see a sign that basically says if you wanna carry a gun in there you’re allowed to and if something happens you’re welcome to shot someone in their business. Alongside was red flag #2 which was the blue lives matter flag. Alongside this flag was a number of other pro police signage across the whole building. The front desk lady was immediately rude. She honest to god acted like her job was rocket science. Like she was researching to discover a new planet. She is clearly overworked and underpaid. None the less she was disorganized, rude, and rushed. She told my friend on the phone we could be taken back to the vehicle. Suddenly and without warning we can no longer do that and someone has to go back to the car and grab it for us. A man in an orange hat was the only pleasant one to interact with at the entire facility. He went back to the car and grabbed the purse for us. We are told by the front desk lady we cannot get the belongings on the same key ring as the car key. Suddenly the owner of the facility appeared and tells us the same thing. At this point our patience was very very thin with the facility. There have been accidents that were towed to a facility ten minutes up the road that were 100000% easier to handle and deal with after the accident (i won’t name but you can research). From here the owner becomes almost immediately rude with both of us. As i walk to the front desk lady to inform her the registered owner of the vehicle (her mom) would be there shortly to speak with them. Suddenly the owner is handing the personal belongings he said moments ago we could not have that are on the key ring. He then proceeds to gaslight us into saying he only said he needed the key. We know for a fact he did not say this as this was the end goal originally and makes the most sense. When called out on this the owner tried to threaten to call the cops on us to be removed. they would not allow us in the back to take pictures of the vehicle until “ The insurance advised them what to do” with person in hand and personal belongings from the keyring, we admitted defeat and left the facility. They also claimed that Where the vehicle had been stored for less than 24 hours Right when they closed to around 11:30 AM the next day Was blocked in by ice. When we informed the owner, we were willing to walk on ice and snow to go take pictures he declined I advised him and will advise him That place down, not only in the back, but in the front parking lot as there are inches thick worth of ice. Honest to God, if you can have any other towing company come out besides this one, please do Very unprofessional, very rude, and very very outwardly political I hope they can become and more professional, to do better for their business so 1 star overall with an outlier of the 5 star employee in the orange hat. You can find better towing services than this place! and even cheaper too!"
"These guys are hands down they most kind, generous, and honest auto body shop I have ever encountered. It was my first time ever dealing with a bad transmission and trans/coolant line blow ( which I didn’t know I had) When I wasn’t sure what to do with it, they kindly let me keep it there for a few days, no pressure at all. I decided to get it towed back to my home which they are also able to do. Even the tow guy was incredibly nice. Any future car I get I will be taking here, I’m so glad I found this place. Thank you so much for all of your help."
