"Warning!!! Hours of operation are completely wrong. With limited time. I had to choose a parts store because all close at the same time. So, I decided to drive to the Antioch Illinois location. I arrived at 8:51pm and the doors were locked. Called the store. No answer. Knocked on the door. No answer. This store closes at another time. Definitely not 9pm as advertised."

"The rudest and most unapologetic people around work here! Called in and got yelled at by an employee over the phone before even coming to the store; talked to the same person in the store (wish I remembered their name, possibly Gary?). Employee wouldn't let me finish sentences over the phone or in person, kept talking over me, claimed I STOLE FROM THEIR STORE when I made a purchase 5 months prior when he wasn't even there! In the end he did what I initially asked him for his help on. Could've been a quick easy visit to my closest parts store, but their employee has now changed my mind & in the future and I will now drive across town or ANY OTHER PARTS LOCATION to avoid spending my money there again."

"Had some issues with my car that led me to believe maybe my starter was out. Purchased the starter here, and after doing more tests, and before putting a new starter in, found out it was in fact my battery (battery was less than a year old, brand new). Not only did Advanced Auto Parts make a quick, easy refund and exchange, but they also honored a 15% discount that I received on my online order and applied it to my in-store purchase when taking the starter back to get a new battery. Very friendly customer service and was willing to help find the exact battery that fit my car, but I did already look it up, so did not need the extra assistance. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, plus the ease in my return, and exceptional customer service!"
