"So I have gone to Kobe’s for years in the mall I literally go to the mall just to get their food sometimes and my girlfriend and I had gone there today cause it’s been a long time since we have. I ordered the sesame chicken like I always have and when I got my plate I could already see it looked different the sauce and rice both looked different but I took a bite dispute my hesitation of it’s looks and it was disgusting the rice the chicken the sauce all was absolutely horrible. I had spent $25 on the meal and I felt it would be ok to trade it in for a different order and the cashier wanted me to repay for the new meal and argued with me but the cook had made it anyway and replace it and I was grateful and thanked him but just as I walk away he gets screamed at In Japanese. The food is terrible the customer service even worse so not go here. I am so disappointed in how this restaurant has become and I had to share this"

"Best place to eat at the mall. I don't understand why they have a menu. They should just ask how many orders Teriyaki Chicken you want. All kidding aside, their Teriyaki Chicken is great. My wife and I probably go to the mall more often for this than the mall itself. It can be a little crowded because its so popular but they are usually moving at a pretty fast pace. P.S. If you are pretty hungry, ask for "double meat" or "extra meat" and you will get twice as much for a couple bucks extra."
