"I mean it's a small building, not much going on, service is to be desired with kids working, food was just ok the 1st time, but the young lady inside offered another suggestion, which saved me a few bucks and gave me more food. The 2 min curd pick-up. Is crazy awesome, if they don't bring it to your car in 2 min or less they give you a "free" pizza"

"I can't leave a good review for this store because they didn't make my pizza correctly, and they refused to make it right. Poor customer service. The person who answered the phone wasn't rude, so I applaud them for that, but there has to be some accountability for the orders and a way to fix things. I ordered extra sauce, and they barely put any sauce on the pizza. I guess this just means I won't do business with this pizza chain anymore, which is too bad because there were good stores out there where the employees read and make the orders correctly. Jason, you need some retraining. Riliegh, the delivery driver was awesome! The pizza was hot and she was what great employees are made of."

"I used to go here because it’s close by my home . I won’t be back again. I got home from a procedure today and needed something easy . I order a pick up for an XL pizza . I get home with it and it’s very undercooked and my fingers are breaking into it and one even broke apart just picking it up. My son wouldn’t even eat it. I take it back and the girl with green hair tells me it’s supposed to be like that. Like I never ate an XL pizza before . So I say if it’s supposed to be that way then I wanted two mediums with different crust . She then proceeds to charge me again for pizza . Like I had not just driven home, opened the pizza and tried to eat it and drove all the way back. She was not apologetic in any form . She wouldn’t give me a manger name or the pizza back to take pictures if nothing was wrong with it. I get home and the two medium pizza are so under cooked and bending like spaghetti . Extreme grease . I give up but it deserves a terrible review . No customer service at all or care for quality food"
