"Manager Mike was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called to tell them my Italian sandwiches were not made properly and told me that I was wrong my husband went there to show them and the sandwich was not replaced the manager just cut me off on the phone and immediately told me I was wrong they just issued a refund no apology or anything they didn’t even remake the sandwich that was made wrong NEVER AGAIN…..Tyshon the driver was however very nice and courteous and great…. Just wanted to add an update…..THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER “MIKE” lied about his name AND his name is ACTUALLY TREVOR WHAT AN INDECENT HUMAN BEING TO LIE ABOUT HIS NAME CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME"

"Incredibly disappointed. Ordered online; estimated time was about an hour, however it was done early - very cool, unless you weren't notified and ended up being 'late.' To top it off, at 7pm on a Friday night, the restaurant couldn't break a $100 bill, so we had to leave the building and get change ourselves. Now our food has sat for 40 minutes at your restaurant and cold by the time we got home. Waste of time and money. We will not be back and don't plan to visit any more Dominos restaurants, especially this one. Will not recommend any family or friends to Dominos"

"They think it's ok to argue with a 15yr old girl about them being over 2 hours late before informing me the adult that we are banned we haven't done anything to receive a ban and even over tip. When I asked why employee 7893 got even ruder before hanging up on me. I called back and received the just as rude manager 5131. Since they don't have to give out names. The store number is 2844. Save yourself the time order Sam's the always have great deals and way better pizza and customer service"

"We live 5 minutes away. The order was placed while in our vehicle in our parking lot. Drove straight there even though it said it would take 12 minutes to prepare. The order was already done within the 5 minute drive there. We got it home and it was cold, dried out and not fresh at all. We had to heat it up in the microwave because we were starving. We've been delivered fresher pizza from this place so why was it stale when we picked it up? That explains why it only took 5 minutes to prepare. We usually order from Toni's Pizza on N. 2nd and it's always hot when we pick it up or have it delivered. Since it says Trevor made it he did a horrible job. I would rather drive farther or pay more to have pizza delivered or picked up from Toni's Pizza than get served stale old pizza from Domino's on N. Main. Horrible experience."
