"Never shopping here again! My partner went in to buy a top for me and confirmed he would be able to get a store credit if he needed to. He ended up getting the wrong one so we went back later in the day to exchange it or get a store credit to buy the correct one. To which the manager stated we can’t get a store credit or exchange the item because it’s a body suit. No where on the receipt or store does it say we can’t get a store credit for a bodysuit. And the employee earlier should have informed us if we weren’t going to be able to get a store credit for this."

"Scam. It showed 50% off entirely collection. I pick the items right under the sign. It turned out it’s 100% fully charged. The staffs said it’s always has been like this. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Horrible. What can I say?"

"Worst Customer Service Ever Gisele and the Manager Alaa is very unprofessional I was shopping with my teenage daughters and Gisele stated to me I don't belong here in this store shopping I was in so much disbelief that she said that to me. I requested to speak to her manager which was Alaa and explained to her what Gisele said to me and my teenage daughters and she replied back Gisele is my best worker again in disbelief I requested the corporate number Alaa stated it's online with no care in the world like her job is safe. I will never shop at that location again..."
