"If there were 0 stars, I would give that this to place. I came in the store with a small shopping bag from another store in the mall. They told me shopping bags are not allowed in the store. There was no sign saying shopping bags are not allowed."

"If I could.give this store zero stars...I WOULD!! My daughter and I visited this store today and received awful customer service. The employee stayed on her phone the entire visit. My daughter said excuse me twice before yelling excuse me over the loud music and her chatting on the phone. She finally asked if she needed help. Then, she proceeds to take the sensors off of the clothing and piled them up to actually ring them which was a total waste of time. She finally pushes all of the BUNDLED clothes into a shopping bag as if they were being discarded. She was still on her phone chatting with her friend to go pick up her babies. She sits the phone on the counter on speaker as she's ringing up the items. I asked her if she was going to fold the clothes. She said "we don't fold clothes'. This was the most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Even kids know to fold clothes in order to make room in a bag. She calls for her associate to continue with the transaction because she wanted to go home after I pulled the clothes out & proceeded to FOLD them!! I let them ring up all of the items totalling $450 and told them never mind!!! We weren't going to spend a penny in that store only to be disrespected. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE. I have no clue how they're even in Orland mall. They should be removed!!!"
