Firestone Complete Auto Care

"Please DON’T trust this place. My parents always take our cars here & I’ve been telling them for years we should find a new place as my car always seems to have issues shortly after it’s been fixed! It seems as if they put a bandage on the issue. HOWEVER, this time was the last time my family & I will be going to this Firestone. On January 27th 2024 I picked up my car, thinking I would be all good to go. NOPE!! The gas line issue was fixed, however they returned my car to me in WORSE condition than it was. The dashboard area was not reading, which it was showing everything at 0, the speed limit, the gas, mileage! How is anyone supposed to drive like this? NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS ISSUE until I got into my car and turned it on!!! Then Nick, the store manager knew exactly what was going on & did not communicate the issue until I asked him why this happened. He said I needed to replace a part which was going to be hard to find for my make and model of my car. BUT THIS ISSUE DID NOT HAPPEN PRIOR TO DROPPING IT OFF!!! The fact that they are taking advantage of a female & just saying “oh yeah we only lifted the car up, didn’t even open the hood so I don’t know how that happened”. They were not willing to look at the issue & wanted me to drive my car like this. Carlos worked on the car. Nick was the one who didn’t communicate the issue & lied about “oh your car is old & it could have just went out”. No, you messed up my car worse than it was. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR, these individuals do not seem certified to be working on cars,"

"this firestone store was very professional ,and polite taking care of my emergency flat /destroyed tire fast , replacing it with a new matching one ,honoring the road hazard warranty , with no problem. i will add extra stars for getting my spare back into place aired up correctly , along with the hubcap on my vintage 1992 buick roadmaster station wagon ,"

"Visited this Firestone location to have the drivers' side headlight bulb replaced on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos was very knowledgeable of the various options available to replace the bulb, and got us in right away. Credibility earned instantly. The work was completed successfuly and in a timely fashion. Carlos was outstanding to work with, and made the process as painless as possible. Very satisfied with the overall experience, largely due to Carlos and his individual efforts."

"I called n explained I needed 2 new tires in front n an alignment cause the inside of my tires wore unevenly. The tires where only 3 yrs old n under warranty. Nick told they wouldn't honor the warranty because I hadn't had an alignment in 3 yrs n it's my fault the tires wore out. 2-3 yrs is how often an alignment is needed. Iv been a life long customer n this is like the 3rd issue iv had with Firestone recently. Just left Belle tire n very happy. + they said my alignment was barely off"
