"I just left the store minutes ago after being inside for about 15 minutes. The person in the store didn't do as much as say hello. I waited until after she finished with another customer and phone call expecting a greeting after she was finished, instead she went to folding clothes. Not sure if its because of the color of my skin or just the simple lack of customer service skills but to prevent being mistreated I'll take my business elsewhere."

"I ordered the wrong size sweaters online and needed to exchange them. Hannah greeted me when I walked in and helped me with everything! I got to try on the next size, which was a perfect fit. She found exact matches for 2 items and ordered the third, as it wasn't in stock at this particular store. She was very fast and friendly. The other associate was also nice, and the store was clean and organized. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks for such a pleasant shopping experience!"
