"I placed my order, the employee asked to confirm, which I did. I received and ended up paying for two of what I asked for. I admit, I could have told the employee that I only wanted 1, but it was late and I was tired and didn't want to be an inconvenience."

"Everything is bad, the service is bad, the coffee is bad, look at the photo. This is the second time I have received such a cappuccino! Excuse me?! Is this a large size? I drink Dunkin every day, but I won't come back here again! It is clear that in this place many customers were dissatisfied. A girl named Kuran does not know how to conduct a friendly dialogue like the Dunkin team to talk to customers who came to spend their money. I was just trying to explain that only this Dunkin’ is doing something so terrible, there are other Dunkin’ places where everything is very good. Now I won't come back here again"

"Went there at 1am and the guy there at night doesn’t seem like he even wants to work nor does he do his job well! Idc if he has been there for years and knows all the ins and outs but there r better and more willing people that would love to work there and do a better job then him I ordered a mocha shake and it didn’t even taste like mocha at all more vanilla ice cream and it was more of a vanilla milk than a shake and my bf had a 1 scoop sundae and he got a teaspoon of chocolate and a half teaspoon of caramel which he didn’t ask for just hot fudge! They really need to find someone better for the Night Shift cuz he doesn’t want to work or even be there!"

"Went through around 5:30pm. Two people ahead of me, waited in line, got to the counter, ordered and had coffees in hand walking out all in less than four minutes. Sometimes different locations are hit or miss but my coffee’s from here were spot on. Decent selection of doughnuts even for the time, everything was fresh. Small parking lot but I didn’t have any issues."
