"Samantha & Dylan were extremely rude telling me and my family we shouldn’t be in the store after 10pm!!! We were literally finished checking out in line at 10:03!! They said we had NO BUSINESS being in the store. Who talks like that to paying customers??? These ignorant young people should not be employed in the service industry. Moving forward we will take our business to Lowe’s or Menard’s since Home Depot does not appreciate their customers and we have never been mistreated in the other stores."

"I love the organization and fact that you can look up any item on your phone and locate exactly where it is and self check out. Concerned tho with how many jobs are no longer available due to this."

"I have really never been impressed by this particular location, but tonight was really disappointing. Went to grab some lumber and the aisle I needed to get to was partially ( but definitely not completed) gated off. There wasn't a stop sign like I had seen on the other gates, so I didn't think anything of it. Started grabbing some wood when about 100 ft down the aisle, an associate is on the forklift yelling at me to get out of the aisle because if I don't, he might run me over or drop the load off his forklift onto me. Seemed a little bit much, seeing he was nowhere near me. As this is happening, another associate comes and tries to close the gate. Not to help or ask if I needed help. As this happens, I said I would just go to Lowes. Guy didn't say anything and they've lost a customer for life because of their poor customer service and overall poor attitude. I am completely finishing my basement and it's estimated to be about $25,000. And they'll never see a dime of my money. Lowes and Menards it is. I'm just one person and I'm sure no one from the store will care or see this but it's just a bad look."

"I ordered a 1,800 tool chest from Frankfort. They said they had one in stock. After waiting for a half hour, they told me it was the floor model. I told them I don’t want a floor model plus it’s put together and weighs 800lbs. So they ordered one from the Aurora Home Depot. It was supposed to be there the next week. I called Frankfort they told me to call Aurora. My thought was why don’t you call them and get back to me. But! Nobody can do their job. So I call Aurora they told me the driver didn’t want to wait for another pallet to haul the box to me. So I wait another week. Now it’s been 17 days and they finally ship it to me and they ended up stacking them on top of the cabinet. The pallet must’ve hit the front denting it and almost went through the metal top. The manager at Aurora apologized and was going to send me a new one with a discount for my inconvenience. I told him I bought it from Frankfort tho. He said I would have to get in contact with them then. The manager I talked to didn’t apologize or anything. Now I have to wait for 5 DAYS for them to pick it up from my driveway which is even more inconvenience. I will never shop at that store or Home Depot again."

"I'm gonna rate this particular store five stars even though I had an issue with one of the employees. I was there to pick up a tool that I had purchased online. The gentleman stated that I could not get it in his department. Okay, that's fine, no problem, so I go to the service desk. However, it was just his attitude that I should know better instead of bothering him. A little kindness goes a long way. Hopefully, he'll learn this lesson down the road. Otherwise I like everything about this store. The other employees were very friendly and helpful with no trouble at all. Their selection is really good, and they seem to have everything that I was looking for when I was there. They also have a clearance area where I managed to grab a few bargains. I will definitely be back in the near future and keep up the great work!"
