"Violated Section 1707.2 this past Tuesday 11/21 when failing to consult with my wife and I on our newly prescribed medications from urgent care for our infections. (4 meds total). Perhaps it was too busy at 9pm, however my wife, who is a nurse, found it very strange that they failed to give a brief consultation."

"I worked retail Walgreens pharmacy for years in this area and wow has the customer service dropped. I get anxious just thinking I have to pick up a prescription because I know it’s going to be a long wait with likely some issue. Long waits in the store and in the drive through. No acknowledgment from the staff that you’re waiting. Out of antibiotics. I would go anywhere else if insurance didn’t restrict me."
"I would give zero stars if it allowed me to. Went in to buy something on the shelf. Woman claiming to be a supervisor said I cannot purchase because it was not ringing up. Went down the street and they were able to use a dummy sku at the advertised price. Went in again today and asked for a passport ID after I was patiently waiting for 5-10 minutes for the woman ahead of me. Not a big deal. I told the clerk what I wanted and she said hold on and then helped the customer behind me. The woman that came up behind me waited for only a minute. Customer service is severely lacking at this store as I work in customer service myself."
