"Need to wear hair nets, especially those with long hair. I go here often and found hair in my sandwich! Food is great usually. Don't agree with tipping cashiers. Plus, when you get an order wrong, have a much better attitude about remaking a sandwich to have the correct meat and apologize for the mistake. I've experienced rude treatment for their mistake. Unacceptable. Follow the customer service skills of your managers there! Be consistent in keeping the dining room clean and also the bathrooms clean."

"I used the self service to get my tea. Payed for it and noticed that no large cups were out ( this happens regulary). The last times it was like this, I was instructed to take 2 small cups instead. So, I did the same today (as i am getting tired of asking the same question over and over again). Today the cashier lady called my name trough half the store and informed me very loudly that I can only have 1 drink. I told her that they only had small cups at the self checkout and I paid for a large. Then she told me that they have large cups here (behind the counter). If they have large cups Why don't they put them out in the first place, and on top make their customers look bad if they don't agree with paying for a large and getting the cheaper smaller cup instead. In my opinion that is a scam attempt."

"Manager Maya is great and very friendly, Joseph is a great worker, he is very friendly and very funny. He has great customer service and honeslty its one of the reasons i always come to this location. He is always doing drive thru and they have a great sip club I say it's totally worth it."

"Maya the manager at this location is extremely rude. There was confusion at drive thru about my pick up order. I can see her through window as I’m waiting and she looks like she does not want to work & completely ignored people at the drive thru and lies she did not see them or hear them because of her headset. If you’re working the drive thru, how do you not notice someone is there? Make no sense. She does not deserve to be a manager as she lacks professionalism. She denied me service initially, & told me she will give me a “hard time” until she realized it was herself that was making the situation worse as cars behind me are waiting. Which is exactly what a manager should not do. Because she wanted to continue to yell the customers behind me were upset. She is a horrible example of a leader and should not be working in customer service role. I spent $45 just to be yelled at at by a lazy employee who purposely ignores, denies service, and waste peoples time but she’s so proud to tell them “I am the manager” when I did not ask who is the manager. Get her off her high horse. She needs to be fired as she is probably the reason why this location has so many complaints about staff rudeness and lack of kindliness, I love Panera but not this location. It’s terrible customer service"
