"I tried to do an online order& they charged my card $46 3 times for the same order) the system online kept saying it was not going through so I called to make a new order without seeing my card was charged off already 3 times with no confirmation information! I let them know After my bank account statement read $135 for 3 of the same orders that they did indeed charge my card after checking my bank acct. The customer service rep still had the audacity to treat me like it was my fault they made three of the same exact orders plus the one I did over the phone!! WHY WOULD ANYONE GET THE SAME ORDER THREE TIME EVEN FOUR? I called as soon as I realized it and let them know in person. They did not discount me a free pizza and only gave me one order cancelation receipt. Go to mugs pizza and you’ll be happier with the quality of service and food."
"I should've read the reviews... ordered 3 pizzas, 1 salad and 1 pasta for lunch (delivery). Took almost 2 hour to arrive. All of the food was luke warm at best some cold. Had to call 2 times because my family kept asking about the food. Don't recommend this location. At least not for delivery."
"One of the best thin crust pizza I ever had. they have a different variety of pizzas they have veggie pizza for people who don't eat meat, Great service everyone was polite. I definitely recommend you guys to try it as it has a different and unique taste."
"This location is only take out (no dine in). Good pizza because they use more spices and seasonings than a traditional pizza joint. It is a little pricier than a traditional joint. Service is friendly and quick (less than 20 min for a thin pizza). Not the best pizza I've ever had but still very good."
