"I ordered a Carmel Macchiato with whole milk. To my surprise I got a cup of whole milk with a splash of espresso and Carmel. Starbucks is a treat for me. It was $7 for a cup of milk, with a splash of coffee. If you look at the picture of what a Carmel Macchiato is supposed to look like, it looks nothing like what I got and just tastes like milk!"

"I want to mention the guy who worked on 12/20/23, I don't know his name, but I accidentally went to the cafe, I started my period, he let me go to the toilet and gave me a gift from the establishment. He is the best thing that happened to me this day. I hope the management will see the feedback and reward it! I wish there were staff everywhere ❤️ Thank you!!"

"For over the last 5 months since this Starbucks opened, I want to say everyone that works there are so nice even the manager. Jazmine and the other girls and the guys and the manager are always so helpful and kind. The place is so cool. I be stopping here in the mornings before I head off to work. This place is not too far from where I stay at."

"I ordered a black iced coffee, and it was laden with sugar! When I called to ask why they put sugar in a black coffee, the woman who answered the phone told me, "black coffee has no cream, but it has sugar". I told her to ask her employer to define a black coffee, as it has only coffee! She then said, "our iced coffee mix has sugar". As if that was an apology. Poor customer service, Starbucks. Train your employees."
