"The associates doing the Amazon returns were very nice and efficient. The reason why I gave the one star is because they had a 50% off sign with the wrong products underneath it. I read the sign and the sales associate that was with me, didn’t know why it was on the wrong product. I used to work in retail. If the wrong sign is up, you either put the right product underneath it or you take the sign down completely. Needless to say, the associate just left the sign there. I had to use the price verify scanner and scan a few shirts, just to see if it’s the correct sales price. The sales associate had blonde hair, kind of young and dumb, and was clueless about everything. I worked at Kohl’s a long time ago, but you don’t need a fancy degree just to troubleshoot something so simple."

"The store is always clean and staff are very friendly. The unfortunate part is they usually tend to be out of some clothing and shoe sizes in store to try on. Or they don't carry them at all. I know you can order online but that is hard if you cannot try things on to gauge fit. Same for the men's active wear. Especially the tek gear brand. They have the open bottom fleece sweats that my kid swears by and for a good price. Last 2 times only the smallest sizes in stock. And the name brand active wear is really nice but way too expensive to justify."

"I ordered kitchen aid stand mixture from Kohl's fox velly mall aurora IL. They delivered me used mixture with missing parts. It seems it was returned by some other customer. They don't even bother to check before sending it to other customer. We buy hoping kohl's will deliver band new product. Now I have trust issues will kolh's. Pathetic and poor quality service from Kohl's. Request not to buy anything kolh's."
