"Quick fast just like any other Dunkin’ it is what it is when your at the airport not up to par and this is what you’ll be dealing with"

"They need to work on their people skills everyone is up super early. Your doors are open no need to have. A massive attitude when someone walks in before your open. You have no signage for hours, gates open, lights on, people inside. No one wants to give $ to rude people"

"I’m not sure this is the right Dunkin’ Donuts, where this individual worked but the fellas named Harsh ( I believe to be middle eastern or Indian) working 12/6/23 around 10:15am treated me with high respect and a caring hand. I had a little bit of a special order, and he made it exactly the way I’d asked without any kind of hesitation. Clearly, he’s passionate about this job and he deserves to be recognized. Thank you, sir!"

"The cashier was too busy bopping to some hood rat jams to get my order correct. Service was relatively quick despite this but bagel minis were cold and hashbrowns were weird. Idk what good an airport review does but whatever lol"

"As a Flight Attendant, I frequent Dunkin’ Donuts while in ORD because not only is the menu yummy - I appreciate their employee suggesting I download the app and enjoy the perks that come with it. So glad she suggested it because I signed up instantly! Oh - I ordered an Iced Coffee with almond milk and unsweetened vanilla flavoring. That was complimented with avocado toast and tomatoes. It was soooo good - I just wish I had two slices because it was too good to have just one. Besides that, it was a perfect quick meal between flights."
