"Been going to this dunkin for years, ordered 2 ice coffees and a sour dough sandwich. The coffee was stale and the sandwich wasn't even cooked. I was told I could come in and get replacement. I didn't expect some rude creature lady to be so ignorant, it really let me no how angry she/it was. I paid 15 dollars for 2 coffees and a sandwich, but got got served old food and ignorant people."
