"The atmosphere is always nice and pleasant, but the cost of travel to and from wasn’t worth it. The Southwest Breakfast Wrap used to be a hot spicy breakfast sandwich, but on yesterday it tasted as if the recipe changed and it didn’t have the same energy it usually would."

"THE OWNER NEEDS TO ENABLE TIPPING ON THE APP FOR THIS LOCATION!!! I come here almost every morning before work, and am always greeted by the wonderful employees here. They are kind, accommodating, and extremely hard-working! That said, I always have to BRING CASH TO TIP, as this seems to be the only Tropical Smoothie store that I know of that does not allow tipping through the app. The employees here work so hard, and they do their jobs so well! Yet, they only receive a fraction of the tips that they would (should) be getting if the owner of this location cared enough to allow this happen through the app. Seriously, there is another TS store about 10 minutes away that has somehow managed to figure it out… Regardless, I look forward to my next visit here. I hope, someday soon, the employees here can get the tips that they so rightfully deserve."

"If the world was full of Tropical Smoothies it would be a better place! This specific location is like family because it's my go to favorite spot. I love the smoothies, the company and i stop if i ever run by one to grab me my Chia Banana Boost. The Tinley Park location is home for me. Manager and workers are great plus the Smoothies and food are just as fulfilling!"

"I love a good smoothie...especially after a workout!! The place is bright and open with seating for a team or a couple of people. The people who work there are very nice and try their best to be fast. The smoothies are tasty. On this trip, I opted for a smoothie that had Acai, mango, and other great fruit. Next time I'll try one of their green smoothies! Overall a great smoothie spot in a great location!"

"I visited for the first time with my daughter today. She wanted to go so bad because the only location that she knew of was in Indianapolis. We traveled 40 minutes to this location because it was the closest one we found. I ordered a Bahama Mama with the Sante Fe Chicken quesadilla, and she ordered the Detox Island with the Avocado Grilled Cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a side item. The smoothies were delicious and staff was nice. It wasn’t busy at all when we arrived. I waited till I got home to eat my quesadilla, and was extremely disappointed. Looking at it, it looked full, but as soon as I touched it, it was flat. I went to open it and there was hardly ANY chicken or toppings. I really paid for a toasted tortilla with cheese. My daughter was very sad to see because that is not what she is used to at other locations she’s been to. I just wish they would take more pride in their other menu items. If I ever decide to return at all, I will only order smoothies."
