"This store is a disaster. You cannot find a single thing that you’re looking for half of the vacuums don’t have prices on them and every single foot that you walk in that store there are items just out of place. I found three pairs of shoes and the shoe department that I would’ve loved to purchased, but all the shoes are in a completely different spot and mixed up. There is zero organization there’s nobody to find to help you. I literally spent 45 minutes walking around the store looking for a pair of shoes and a vacuum if things were labeled or organized or there was someone there to help me I would’ve made a purchase, but I just walked out and left. I literally heard a father on the phone with his son. His son was asking him to pick him up a certain pair of shoes and his father word for words, said this place is a disaster. You cannot find anything. We will just go to the shoe store later."

"We love this location! This store is much better than it was last year… from the staff (David, Dorinda, Kelly, Kim, and Rosa are absolutely our favorites!) to the cleanliness of the store, it’s clear this store is really making a effort to change things around! Everyone is so friendly, the bathrooms are clean every time we come in and the seasonal displays are so fun! The recent changes to the toy department make it so much easier to push a stroller around and my kids love it!"

"Nice, clean store, there was clean bathrooms, toilet paper was fully stocked not a huge mess something that I always look at, and there was no foul odor. Cacho sister lady was very nice and helped check everything out quickly. We were able to purchase some of the supplies that they are doing 100% profit to help families which I thought was really nice. We were looking at the clearance section and I found some really nice outfits for my daughter and my wife. Saw they were doing the Amazon returns and there was no lines which was very convenient. They already have a Lego 24 days of Christmas on sale and if you go to Kohl’s it’s always fun to take a look at the birthday greetings cards."

"First of all I’d like to say that the store was very clean and organized. I enjoyed checking out all the affordable sales that you have in all areas of your store. I noticed that you have one line but several checkout points and the Checkout line went fast and smoothly. My checkout person was named Jasmine. I hope I got her name correctly ( she had waterfalls curly ponytail with half colored green). I was in the store Sunday between 12:30 and 2:30pm She was very friendly but professional and had a smile on her face as well as in her voice. She made sure I received the promotional discounts and gave me coupon to use with a deadline date. I enjoyed my walk through and look forward to returning soon."
