"I had questions about a defective product wich was just an even exchange and when questioned the girl at the service desk she just keept rambling her mouth and she didn't let me talk so I kindly asked her can I speak to a manager she still had her mouth going and the the other front counter girl just rolled her eyes and I said I'm not being rude I just have a question for the manager again she went on being difficult, another coworker shows up and said why does this always happen to me at the end of the day I said look? I just want to speak to a manager I don't want any drama so why do you keep back talk to me if i just need a manager. Manager came and I explained my question and told him she was just being impossible all I wanted an even exchange with a few questions for the manager. If a person doesn't like thier job why be there."

"Nick and Shania are amazing and deserve 1000 stars for customer service. I am a dedicated home depot shopper but sometimes things just don't go right and dont go right times 3. And when that happens it's nice to know that there are people like them that are on the customer service team to help you while you're having your meltdown. It took 3 months and 3 orders and one price change but it finally came in undamaged, and the price change honored. What can i say other than this is why i am a dedicated home depot shopper."

"Quick trip to look at outdoor table sets. Gone for the most part but did find chairs that would match existing table at dynamite clearance price. Painted table and have "brand new" looking set at 1/4 cost of new. Customer service folks were so helpful and nice. I loved shopping there!"
